My name is Alma Soongi Beck. I am a practicing attorney in the area of Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate Law in San Francisco. I have helped thousands of clients, and I frequently speak on this topic. I have developed a simple 2-page checklist that can get you started and answer many of your questions. This Essential Check List is a summary of what I have been advising my clients in my law practice for many years.
